Most capitals are big, dirty, crowded and difficult to navigate. Tallinn is all but that. A small (but not too small), clean, and easy to navigate city. The old town itself is quite small and full of surprises around every corner. The outskirts are much larger and offer all a larger modern city has to offer.
The old town is by far the most interesting place to be in Tallinn. It’s magical, and when walking through it you feel as though you’re walking through one of those disney land villages where everything is artifically made to be magical, except Tallinn is just naturally enchanted.
I’ve got lots more to see and visit, the Prision, the TV tower, the old underground caves…
I just can’t wait to see what it will look like under the snow!!
