Having a good sushi place is a necessity for me. In any city I have lived in I have found ‘my’ sushi place, in Paris its a quaint little place off of rue Mouffetard, in Dijon its Osaka, and in Tallinn it is now OZO.
OZO is in the old town, tucked away in a charming corner off of Vanu-Viru. The deco is modern and classy, with a real relaxed feel to it. The entire atmosphere of the restaurant is laid back and comfortable, the perfect place for a roomie date.
My roomie and I luckily found OZO just as our sushi cravings were torturing us. We were greeted by one of the owners to showed us to our seats and continued to be one of the best hosts I have had since arriving in the Baltics.
We let the host choose for us and were quite happy with the platter that was served. The perfect mix of rolls and sushi, and just the right amount for two people.
I know I will definetly be going back, and if you’re ever in Tallinn you should give it a try for yourself!
